Baking bread with yeast takes 4 hours, baking with sourdough 24 hours
Baking a regular loaf takes about 4 hours. Natural dough bread has to rise slowly, which gives it a fuller taste. The whole process of baking natural dough bread takes an average of 24 hours. During baking, a delicious crispy crust forms. The bread is a bit firmer, but deliciously tender and has a unique, delicious taste. Our sourdough breads are baked in the traditional Italian and French ways.
Always fresh sourdough bread
Thanks to the special fresh packaging, you ensure that the breads stay fresh naturally for up to 30 days outside the freezer. Healthy Bakers dough bread just needs to be baked at home in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, after which you can enjoy delicious fresh natural dough bread.
Desem multiseed bread
Our sourdough multiseed bread is a delicious brown wheat sourdough bread with coarse texture, richly filled with browned sunflower seeds, pumpkin, linseed, sesame seeds and melon seeds. Desem cereal bread
We also have our desem cereal bread, a brown wheat multigrain bread with coarse texture. This bread is richly filled with browned sunflower seeds, millet, linseed and corn. Dough breads pre-baked and packed low in oxygen
Our dough breads are not only special and unique in taste, but are baked in our bakery up to 80%. After cooling, the dough loaves are packed with low oxygen, which keeps them fresh for 30 days without preservatives. This packaging process and low-oxygen packaging is a unique process developed especially for our bakery. This allows us to guarantee that the bread not only remains exceptionally tasty, but also healthy and lactose-free. Invirezen can be stored for 5 months without loss of quality.
