Ingredients

  • 1 slice of protein bread from Healthy Bakers
  • 100 gr cottage cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Pepper & salt
  • Balsamic

Preparation

  1. Bake the bread for 10-12 minutes in the oven at 210 degrees.
  2. Cut the desired number of slices from the bread.
  3. Top each sandwich with a generous layer of Hüttenkäse.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and spread them on the sandwich.
  5. Drizzle with some balsamic as desired.
  6. Sprinkle with some salt & pepper as desired.
