Ingredients

  • 1 slice of the Low Carb bread from Healthy Bakers
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 packet of feta light
  • 20 gr pomegranate seeds
  • Pepper & salt

Preparation

  1. Bake the bread for 10-12 minutes in the oven at 210 degrees.
  2. Cut the desired number of slices of the bread.
  3. Mash the avocado along with some salt & pepper and spread it on the sandwich.
  4. Crumble the feta over the avocado and top with some fresh pomegranate seeds.
