We want to make sure 100% of our customers are satisfied. Please let us know what went wrong and we'll work with you to figure out how to fix it.
We only handle complaints in writing via e-mail. You can send your complaint to klantenservice@healthybakers.nl.
Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Clear pictures and a description of the complaint
- Photograph of the lot code and THT (best before date)
Without this information, we cannot process your complaint.
