Baking bread with natural sourdoughs gives the bread a wonderfully full specific flavor and keeps it fresh longer. The different breads all have their own unique leaven, giving each type of bread its own specific taste. We ferment the different leavens for all types of bread in our own bakery.

Always delicious fresh Desem bread
Thanks to the long-keeping packaging, you ensure that the breads can be kept nice and fresh, naturally, for up to 30 days outside the freezer. Healthy Bakers sourdough bread just bake at home in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes and you can enjoy delicious fresh sourdough bread.
Desem breads pre-baked and oxygenated packaged
Our sourdough breads are not only special and unique in taste, but are baked to 80% in our bakery. After baking, we let the sourdough loaves cool down and they are packed in low-oxygen packaging. The loaves thus stay good for 30 days naturally without the use of preservatives.
The packaging process and low oxygen packaging is a unique process developed especially for our bakery. Among other things, this allows us to guarantee that the bread not only remains exceptionally tasty, lactose free.
